Job Overview

Sourcepoint is seeking a senior sales executive to join our leadership team in Berlin as Managing Director of Continental Europe. In this role you'll be on point to drive business growth and success for Sourcepoint across your assigned territory.

In addition, you’ll play a leadership role in our office in Berlin, working in partnership with the various global cross-functional teams to ensure successful business operations.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales strategy to develop the Continental European market across a broad array of client categories and countries
  • Maintain and develop Sourcepoint's senior level relationships at publishers, agencies and business development partners
  • Own and deliver against quarterly regional revenue goals for customer success and new logo sales
  • Contribute to company's ability to hit quarterly and annual sales goals by working with team to develop account strategies and pipeline, creating, optimizing and managing internal and client processes, creating sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, delivering presentations to customers, and ensuring creation of compelling sales proposals.
  • Structure and negotiate sales contracts for enterprise organizations, and work with your team as necessary to do the same.
  • Working with CRO, and other members of the Sales leadership team, identify opportunities to grow, develop, and scale Sourcepoint go-to-market efforts


Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for senior leadership for Continental Europe region
  • Provide matrixed leadership support to Berlin staff
  • Represent voice of regional customer base in conversations with product, engineering and executive leadership
  • Drive strong levels of employee satisfaction by maintenance of open lines of communication with employees
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with company HR resources, ensuring best practices are maintained in hiring practices, and other areas of people operations
  • Work with global marketing resources on region-specific brand building and product marketing efforts
  • Represent Sourcepoint at relevant industry events and be a source for regional media and public relation enquiries


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience - a minimum of 6 years in a leadership capacity.
  • 5+ years Sales experience, quota carrying
  • Prior experience managing in matrixed organizations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, with emphasis on managing pipeline of prospects and working with prospects from initial sale through to deployment.
  • History of structuring complex negotiations across multiple teams within enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrable experience with regulatory requirements associated with digital advertising.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Independent and self-sufficient, needing little management, only coaching and mentorship.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel.
