The UK Marketing Manager reports directly to the EMEA Marketing Director and will join the regional EMEA Marketing team of 5, supported by a broader 30-strong global and regional marketing department. The successful candidate will support with building brand awareness and reputation for MiQ, awareness and demand for our products, will provide a steady flow of qualified leads and deliver a great brand experience across multiple on and offline channels, underpinning all of our activity with tangible ROI measurement. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, design, research & insight, product, product marketing, business enablement, sales and client services to deliver brilliant, differentiated results-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and manage end to end multi-channel full funnel b2b marketing campaigns supporting the EMEA marketing strategy, including; brand awareness, new product releases, regional campaigns and employer branding.
  • Ideate and deliver end to end lead generation campaigns
  • Work closely with the creative team, research and insight team and in-house copywriter to ideate and produce stand-out campaign assets
  • End to end events management including trade conferences and proprietary events
  • Scope, write and manage winning awards submission
  • Contribute to the EMEA thought leadership programme, to support brand and product storytelling
  • Work with PR agencies to generate coverage
  • Support on messaging and positioning for product releases
  • Case study creation and management
  • Comms - write and deliver both internal and external communications across all platforms
  • Comms planning and scheduling, as well as marketing activity calendar management
  • Responsible for your own reporting, campaign analysis and data-driven insights
  • Work closely with global Product Marketing and UK Business Enablement teams to shape the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and CTAs
  • Monthly analysis and ROI reports, providing relevant updates and presenting those to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Assist in the development of the annual EMEA marketing strategy, tactical plans and campaigns
  • Manage CRM and data for segmentation and campaign management
  • Manage and coordinate email and direct mail campaigns
  • Marketing operations, including marketing automation tools, reporting, content platforms, own gen workflows and identify and onboard new tech, tools and operational practises
  • Represent the marketing department and company and cross-departmental meetings
  • Contribute to annual budget planning and management for UK

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years’ experience heading up and delivering day to day marketing execution
  • Experience delivering multi-channel b2b marketing campaigns, specifically GTM campaigns for products and solutions
  • Strong understanding of adtech and programmatic advertising
  • Strong integrated marketing experience and proven ability in executing marketing plans and schedules across all channels (including PR, Events, DM, Email, Social, Digital, Content, Awards etc.)
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Strong experience working with sales teams
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen
  • Experience ideating and activating a content marketing strategy
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to persuade and influence
  • Ability across social media platforms
  • Creative problem solver that can bring new approaches and tactics to the table
  • Detail oriented, collaborative and deadline conscious
  • Ability to work well both independently with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms including marketing automation software, social media management tools, CRMs, project management tools etc.
